This return policy applies to purchases from traxylonshun.world, operated by Traxylonshun in Västerås, Sweden. We sell dietary supplements to customers in Sweden and the EU/EEA. Returns are handled in accordance with EU consumer law and Swedish regulations.
1. Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. You must notify us within this period.

3. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned product. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for purchase.
4. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the item is faulty or not as described.
5. Exceptions
Sealed goods that have been opened for health or hygiene reasons may not be eligible for return. Dietary supplements in opened packaging cannot be returned.
